Everything to quote, bill and get paid

One tidy place for the paperwork side of the job - so you can get back to the work that pays.

On my way

Tap On my way on a booked job and the customer gets a link with your arrival time. With location sharing on, the time moves as you drive. Off by default, on per person, and it ends on its own when you get there. See how it works

Texts to customers

Booking confirmations, reminders, On my way, arrived, invoice and payment reminder texts, every one starting with your business name. Each kind has its own switch. Starter, Growth and Large include texts each month, with more at 10 cents each. See the texts

Snap & scan receipts

Photograph a supplier receipt and AI reads the supplier, ABN, GST and totals - categorised for BAS, on-charged to a job with your markup, and exported for your accountant in a tap.

Professional quotes

Send branded quotes with your logo. Customers can accept or decline online - you'll know the moment they do.

Quote → invoice

Turn an accepted quote into an invoice in one click. No re-typing line items, no copy-paste.

Book the week

Jobs on a calendar, repeats for the regulars, a warning before you double-book, and Job done opens the invoice. See the calendar

Payments

Customers pay by card online from the invoice, recorded automatically - or log cash and bank transfers yourself, part-payments included, and see what's still owing.

Built for Australian jobs

GST-inclusive or exclusive on every line, your ABN and payment details on every invoice, and dates and dollars written the way they are here.

Every text names your business first

yprio can text your customers when a job is booked, at 5 pm the day before, when you are on the way, when you have arrived, when an invoice goes out and when a payment is overdue. Each text starts with your business name so the customer knows who it is from. Each kind has its own switch in Settings.

Booking confirmed

When you tick the confirmation box while booking a job. A customer with an email address gets the email as well. Off by default.

Booking reminder

At 5 pm the day before the booking. Off by default.

On my way

When you tap On my way on a booked job. The customer is emailed too, and the text goes while your plan has texts left. Off by default.

Arrived

When sharing ends as arrived: within 150 metres of the job address, or when you tap I've arrived. Off by default.

Invoice sent

When you send an invoice. It gives the number, the total, the due date and a pay link when card payments are on. Off by default.

Payment reminder

Only to customers with no email address, and never more than three per invoice. Customers with an email address get the email reminder every 3 days. Off by default.

Texts go only to Australian mobiles. The first text a customer gets from your business ends with an opt-out link, and their On my way page has one too. Starter includes 25 texts a month, Growth 150 and Large 600. Any plan can buy more at 10 cents each, in packs of 50 to 5,000 that never expire. Included texts are used first.

A day with yprio

From the phone call to the money in the bank, without opening a laptop.

1

The phone rings

Save the customer once. Their address, email and history are there for every job after.

2

Quote on site

Your usual items, a photo or two, and it's in their inbox before you've left the driveway.

3

They accept from the couch

One tap on their phone. You get an email the moment they do, and their reply lands in your inbox.

4

Book it in

The accepted quote goes straight onto the calendar. The customer gets a confirmation for theirs.

5

Job done, get paid

Mark it done and the invoice opens itself. They pay by card from the email, or bank transfer, and it's tracked as it lands.

Book the week

A calendar built for jobs, not meetings. See the week, book the work, and let the paperwork follow the job instead of the other way round.

  • Day, week, month and year. Today's jobs with Call and Directions on each one; the year view shows the busy patches coming.
  • Repeats for the regulars. Fortnightly mows, monthly test and tag, quarterly maintenance. Set it once and every visit is on the calendar.
  • A warning before you double-book. Book a job over one that's already there and yprio tells you, for you or for whoever's assigned.
  • Who's on what. Assign jobs to your team and see the week for everyone at once.
  • The customer knows too. A confirmation email with the booking attached for their calendar, so nobody's waiting at an empty house.
  • Job done opens the invoice. Finish the job on the calendar and the invoice is already built from the quote.

The online card fee only applies when a customer pays an invoice by card. Payments you record yourself - bank transfer, cash or other - are always free. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe (their standard processing fee also applies).

Built for the way tradies actually work

Whether you're on the tools solo or running a small crew, yprio keeps the admin light and your records straight - on your phone or your laptop.

  • Records you can rely on. Once an invoice is issued it's locked as a record - changes create a clean new version.
  • Works wherever you are. Quote from the ute, invoice from the office.
"The goal is simple: less time on quotes and invoices, fewer chases for payment, and paperwork that holds up when you need it."

Why we're building yprio

Support & FAQs

Quick answers - and we're only an email away.

What is yprio?

yprio is simple quoting and invoicing for Australian tradies and small businesses - send professional quotes, turn accepted ones into invoices, and get paid, with online card payments and automatic payment tracking.

How much does it cost?

yprio is free to use - the Free plan includes 25 invoices a month with no time limit and no credit card required. Paid plans start at $19.99/month with higher limits and lower online-payment fees, and you can change or cancel anytime. Get started free.

Can my customers pay online?

Yes. Switch on Get Paid Online and every invoice email gets a secure pay button - customers pay by card and it's recorded for you, with payouts going straight to your bank via Stripe. A small per-plan fee applies to online card payments; bank transfer and cash are always free. Turn it on or off anytime in Settings.

Is it built for Australian GST and ABNs?

Yes - GST inclusive/exclusive line items, your ABN and BSB on every invoice, plus online card and bank-transfer payment tracking, built for the way Australian businesses bill.

Does On my way track me all day?

No. Nothing is shared until you tap On my way on a booked job. Sharing ends on its own when you arrive, and never runs longer than 90 minutes. On iOS the app asks for While Using permission only, never Always. On Android a notification such as "Sharing your location with Jane Citizen" shows the whole time it runs.

What does the customer see?

A page with your business name, the first name of the person coming and the arrival time. The page refreshes every minute and, with location sharing on, the time moves as you drive. If that person has chosen arrival time and map, the customer also sees a position rounded to about 100 metres and the job address on a map, only while sharing is live. The page stops working an hour after sharing ends.

Can I turn it off for my team?

Yes. On my way is off by default for every business and every person. An owner or admin turns it on for the business in Settings. Each person then decides for themselves. If an owner turns it off for the team, any sharing that is running ends there and then. Every setting change is in your audit log.

Does it work from a desktop?

Yes, with an arrival time you type yourself and no live position. The customer still gets the email, the link, and the text while your plan has texts left. In a phone browser the position is live while the tab is open. In the yprio app it keeps going in the background while you drive. The phone sends a position every 3 minutes or every 500 metres, and never more often than every 50 seconds.

What happens if I am running late?

Tap Running late and pick the new arrival time. You can do it from the job before you set off, when you know you will not make it, or while you are sharing. The customer is told once by the same channels as the first message: "Northside Electrical: John is running late, now arriving about 4:45 pm." Later changes only move the time on their page. While you drive with location sharing on, the arrival time works itself out from where you are, so a late start already shows the right time.
